Marco Polo Managing Director Ian MacDonald says, “We are very excited to be launching our e-publishing programme in the UK – the ‘bite-size’ nature of Marco Polo’s content lends itself beautifully to the digital platform and we have had some very positive feedback about the usability of the guides.”

The launch of eBooks is the latest in an ambitious publishing programme by Marco Polo with 30 travel guides launched into the UK market in March. This was the biggest travel guide launch the UK has ever seen, accompanied by a nationwide radio campaign.

Less than six months after launch Marco Polo travel guides are already storming the Nielsen BookScan charts with 55 titles scheduled to be in print by the end of 2012.
