Marco Polo launches ebooks

Marco Polo Travel Publishing sets its sights on the digital market with launch of 30 eBook titles.

After a highly successful launch into the UK market earlier this year, Marco Polo Travel Publishing is now going digital with the launch of 30 eBooks in July 2012.

Covering destinations from Amsterdam to San Francisco, the eBooks are competitively priced at £3.99 and are compatible with any Apple device.  With all the features of a Marco Polo guide plus additional functionality, the eBooks make it possible to create your own unique itinerary by bookmarking text and adding notes.

The launch of eBooks is the latest in an ambitious publishing programme by Marco Polo with 30 travel guides launched into the UK market in March. This was the biggest travel guide launch the UK has ever seen, accompanied by a nationwide radio campaign.

 

Less than six months after launch Marco Polo travel guides are already storming the Nielsen BookScan charts with 55 titles scheduled to be in print by the end of 2012.
